My approach to teaching math and science is to thoroughly prepare a student by first emphasizing the fundamentals. Too many students get "lost" if advanced concepts are taught too soon. Then, once a student is ready, the studies should emphasize the students strengths and interests to the utmost possible. As an engineer and mathematician I have experience in all areas of Aerospace engineering,including management and mentoring of engineers over much of my 44 year career at Lockheed Martin.
