I am a native German who was born and raised in Germany (Berlin). I always loved traveling and ended up working in Australia for several years. Back in Germany I was constantly seeking english influences and finally taught an American student German and he on the other hand would meet me occasionally to speak English. A Little Bit About Me...

In 2009, I graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in German and a minor in linguistics. Long before receiving my bachelor's degree, I instructed classes for foreign learners and tutored individual students of English. Over the years, I have also had the opportunity to gather experience in the areas of translation, proof-reading, and interpretation.
It is important for students to become familiar and feel comfortable with the material they are working with. I challenge students to step back and view things from different angles.
