To me, there is nothing more gratifying than achieving the "aha" moment when a child or adult understands a concept and can put it into practice. I encourage individuals to stretch the envelope and to seek different solutions rather than accept what has been done before. I have also stressed that there is never a bad question or wrong to think outside the box. For example I have always asked students, "Why study history?"
