Exceeded my GED tests and finished classes early

Enrolled in GED classes in late January 2011 and completed the courses within a week and took my GED 2 weeks later and passed in all fields with high scores or exceeding scores. Im 17 but willing to work hard and do everything I can to make sure the student passes and even exceeds on their GED. I have experience in GED classes and with the test since I have taken it and exceeded it recently.

Algebra I is one of my top subjects!

While in college myself, I tutored other students in college algebra. I also helped students with basic, intro level college math courses. I earned my nursing degree in May 2013. i have a BS degree in Biology and enough credits to have a minor in Chemistry. I am in the process of taking the tests to get a provisional certificate in teaching. I have tutored fellow students while in school. Recently i have tutored elementary school students in math.
I try to instill in the students that they can do the work. Students can do the work, the only thing needed is to get them to acknowledge that they can do it. Usually all they need is to have the process re-explained to them and if needed, have the process explained in a different method.

I taught 8th through 10th grade at a Christian School in Ludowici. I taught every subject, but never a math course higher then Algebra 1.
I am a firm believer that the best way to learn varies from subject to subject. When I taught math my view was that the best way to teach was to break everything down into a step by step process and have the students memorize the process. Most other subjects can be learned through repitition, but math requires everything to be broken down.
