My comments on tutoring World History : I have a master's in social studies. I have taught world history at the high school level(directed studies).

My style is student centered. I always try to provide a positive atmosphere for learning. My jokes were a technique to help accomplish that goal. As a GED teacher I always began with a pretest and documented student progress to correct any deficiencies. I believe in positive reinforcement and helping students achieve their goals which gives us both a sense of accomplishment.

My comments on tutoring World History : I took this class in high school as well and never got lower then an "A" all year long. One of my most favorite subjects and definitely love to study history as a whole.

I graduated Alonso High School in Tampa Florida in June 2013. I graduated with a 3.4 GPA and a strong passion for History and Writing. Every English and History class that I finished I always ended up with grades above a "B" grade and enjoyed learning new material from the subjects. Every paper that I wrote for English was one that I took hours of writing and revision so that I would come out with the best product for the best grade. After high school, I attended Florida Gulfcoast University for the Summer of 2013 and took Composition 1 and finished the semester with a "B" and an even greater understanding of how to write a paper, cite sources, and sentence structure. My comments on tutoring World History : Have tutored in 20th Century World History. I have studied WWI, WWII, Arab-Israeli Conflict, Russian Revolution/Communist years and Cold War. These are the subjects which I am most familiar with.

I am a very patient person, but do admire and require people to be respectful in every sense of the word. I do not like sitting in front of the students begging him or her to pay attention. I like having engaged students that do their best to understand or learn. Regarding the music tutoring and teaching, I like having students that do not give up.
