The most important element of achieving success in school is self confidence. The way I help build that in children is by being extremely positive, supportive, and full of praise. I observe their behavior carefully to make sure they truly understand what they are being taught. When something is challenging to a child, I try different methods until I know it “clicked”. While I was attending classes at Florida Community College in Jacksonville (FCCJ), I worked as tutor at their learning center. I choose to be a physics tutor because I enjoy tutoring science and Physics is my favorite subject.
