In general, teaching a course as a virtual class requires more preparation on behalf of the instructor than in a traditional course. While in the traditional case the course starts with the first day of class, in a virtual classroom the course needs to start at least two to three weeks before the beginning of the semester. The lead time is necessary in order to convey to the students all the course-related information, to clarify any misconceptions, and to answer any questions about the mechanics and contents of the course in a timely manner. A Little Bit About Me...

While in college, I tutored students in high school in lower level math and reading. I also taught swimming to high school students. During my tenure in industry, I was able to train less experienced employees in measuring tools and their use (calipers, Mics, feeler gauges, etc,) so that they might get a better position in the company and I received accolades from the home office for my efforts.
I believe in being an active teacher helping an interactive student. Let the student be a major part of the program and I will be there to guide and correct if necessary. Teaching is keeping your participants attention by interacting with them...you can't imagine the fun they can have and still learn.

I have two younger brothers, ages 14 and 15, who I feel have made me that great tutor that I am today.
