Hands on, direct, will not bash you with criticism but will give quite enough to help. I probably quite understand where you are coming from.
Have had several very succcessful classes in biology (anatomy in particular) and english, writing, history. I have with a group successfully dissected a full human cadaver. I worked first hand with professor and teaching assistant and have learned what they are looking for. I believe in teaching concepts and helping students fully understand ideals rather than students just memorizing facts. This way no matter what the professor asks they will know how to answer questions and ace exams. If they just memorize things, they can get confused and get answers distorted. I believe in hands on learning and teaching. I would make "Jeopardy" games to quiz students and also have fun at the same time.
