Part of my process is to "walk through" an example with the student, showing them a process to solve a given problem. I then assign a problem for them to work out. I really enjoy teaching at the college level or high school level to students. I make a real effort to help them better understand math and physics. These are my favorite subjects to teach so it is an enjoyable experience.
I was a tutor at Lawrence Tech. University as a member of the Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society. We provided tutoring help to fellow students at LTU. I was also a tutor at Macomb Community College (Center Campus) during the years 1997 and 1998. I was a math and physics tutor in the Center Campus learning center. The tutoring was mainly for community college students and occasionally high school students attending Macomb.
