Academic Learning to Standards and Beyond!

In an effort to conjure mutual respect, I approach each student more like a peer rather than a teacher, although they know who is an charge. I believe a large part of teaching is to find ways of motivating students to learn. I like to show my students how what they are learning applies to their everyday lives.
