In teaching/tutoring, I have an ongoing teacher-student conversation that resembles a programmed unit. I talk mathematics from a tutor's point of view and expect the student to fill in the blanks in a way such that I've set him/her up. What it does is keep the student's attention since they've to answer my questions and "fill in my blanks". I love tutoring students of all ability levels as I show them the light at the end of the tunnel and that light eventually lights up their eyes and their faces! A Little Bit About Me...

I've loved my experience tutoring children. I understand that each student has his or her own learning style and pace. I have a patient, go-with-the-flow personality and am able to keep lessons interesting. I do everything I can to ensure my students flourish in their selected subject.
I have a BA in English and am working on an MA in Rhetoric/Composition.
