I have participated in Biomedical research both at Allegheny College (neurodegeneration in Drosophila melanogaster) as well as at the University of Pittsburgh (aggregation kinetics of the huntingtin protein). When working towards my Bachelor's I was able to achieve a dual BS in Accounting and Business Management. After working a few years, I decided to go into teaching.
