I am currently a Special Education Teacher within the Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District for the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years. Prior to my employment there I was a building substitute within the Albany City School District as well as a certified BOCES substitute approved through many schools throughout the Capital Region. I completed my Masters at the University at Albany in Summer of 2013 in both Special Education and Literacy. A Little Bit About Me...

I really would like to help make a difference in someone's life and help them understand academics just like myself. When I try to teach someone, I always explain to them the subject as basic and simple as possible. I give a few examples, and then help them figure it out themselves. When/ if they struggle, I will be there to help set them back on track.
I am finishing up my Bachelors degree in Dietetics at SUNY Oneonta- I will be graduated in December. I have been offered positions as a chemistry tutor but denied because of my other jobs. I was a student mentor for a year in high school to students that were "slacking" or wasn't understanding one or more of their classes.
