My teaching style adapts to the students current level of knowledge. I always model 2 or 3 problems step by step before asking the student to try a problem. A student is comfortable knowing that I have "their backs" and won't let them be frustrated for long. This gives a student confidence to try problems on their own. I have been helping to tutor my daughter who is 17 years old now but has suffered from ADHD most of her life. She has always especially struggled in math which is one of my strongest subjects.
