I was an in-school suspension teacher for two years at Durand High and Middle School, helping students get caught up on their pre-algebra, social studies, science, English and Spanish homework. I went to Eastern Illinois University for a degree in elementary education with a focus on middle school math and science. Math and Science have always come easy to me and I have done some tutoring previously in these areas. I worked at a school all through college running the after school program where one of my tasks was assisting the students with their homework.
