I was a STEM tutor throughout high school and have continued this into my college years for local high schools. I specialize in maths Trig-Below, Biology and Chemistry (AP and Non AP), anatomy and physiology, physical science, and life sciences. I am very flexible with hours and will accommodate to your needs. I believe that every student is different and not ever student learns the same. I like emphasis on visual education and demonstrations because they stick with you much longer than technical memorization of topics. A Little Bit About Me...

I try to show students the fun side of learning. In the science field there are so many exciting things to learn and do. I think if children are taught that learning is fun at an early age it makes them more apt to do well throughout their academic career. I have patience and the willingness to decide the correct approach for each individual student.
I earned a comprehensive biology, chemistry, science degree in secondary edu. I taught 7-12 grade life, earth, physics, ap chemistry, and biology in Alpena, Ar. for almost a year. I was the director of the EncorePlus non-profit breast cancer organization for 3+ years in Little Rock, Ar. I have experience in grant writing and reporting. Throughout college, I held myself to a high educational standard, and maintained a 3.92 GPA. I majored in music, minored in chemistry, and completed extensive coursework in the math and science areas.
