I am very experienced in teaching small groups of college level students. During my senior year of college I was selected to be a Russian apprentice teacher through Kenyon College's Intensive Language Program. I taught students three times per week for approximately an hour each session. I had to go through training for this position, which taught me how to design lessons and utilize teaching tools to help students understand the material. Since learning is such an individual endeavor, I believe that flexibility is one of the most important ingredients for good teaching.
