I helped soldiers get promoted to SSG, SFC, & MSG by providing them with skills in writing correspondence, public speaking, lesson planning & class preparation for delivery in both a classroom & tactical (field) environment. I have become a much better writer and am much more aware of grammar through writing reports, technical papers and SOPs.
