My comments on tutoring Microsoft Office : I'm very experienced using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project. I've used other Office programs on a more limited basis.

I received my B.S. degree in Biology, and am knowledgeable about many sub-disciplines, including life sciences (plants/animals), genetics, evolution, and anatomy. I am generally able to explain difficult biological concepts in a more conversational way. I've worked with high school youth in the past (approx. 2 years experience) in a crew structure teaching job skills (resume writing, interviewing, etc.) and basic biological/ecological principles. I have worked with family and friends to teach basic personal finance and resume-writing tips to help them achieve great results. I am primarily an environmental consultant, and I routinely use MS Office programs to analyze, organize, and present data in easy-to-understand ways. My goal is to assist students in their learning process.

My teaching techniques relies on the fact that people learn different.It is a fact that a language teacher like me understood. I work in Excel 2010 on a daily basis as a Business Analyst and have trained numerous people within my office on various Excel skills.
