I would want each student in my classroom to feel wanted and feel a sense of their identity present even when they leave the classroom. Each student should be given attention. To understand what they feel and how they react to the material being presented to them is very important to me. I would encourage students to learn and let their views be heard. Classroom discussions and debates can be great tools when you want students to become active and to voice out opinions. I am the first and only person in my family to graduate from college. Growing up, I saw how difficult life can be when one lacks formal education. I was determined to learn as much as I possibly could and landed scholarships to pay my way through undergraduate school. I graduate in three years by taking overloads.
