To be an effective instructor, it is necessary to have a perfect environment; one that allows for interaction and collaboration between students and their instructor. Hence I believe that teaching should be comprised of two complementary elements: knowledge of content and ability to transfer this knowledge to a group of people. Knowing the subject is not enough, one has to be able to develop excellent communication skills that will allow you to pass on your knowledge to a diverse group of people.
