Environmental Journalist to help with reading and writing

I am an environmental reporter based in New York. My articles have appeared in New Scientist, Scientific American, Psychology Today, Popular Science, OnEarth Magazine and Smart Planet. I was also a copy editor with a large publishing house for two years where I used my spelling and grammar skills to fact check and proof read manuscripts. I do not have a teaching style as this implies that I or anyone can really teach another how to write. Writing is not taught in a way that science can be taught or grammar can be taught.
