I teach from the core of a person they have the inner agency to choose to succeed and they can succeed if they desire to be great they will be great. I have been a teacher and tutor for a few years. I taught in a high school English and Music. Right after I graduated High school I was asked to help struggling students and teach a bit when the teacher was gone. A Little Bit About Me...

I was a missionary for the church of Jesus Christ of latter day Saints and taught the gospel. I also had the opportunity while I was on my mission to teach Spanish to adults who were interested from the community. While I was in another area I had the chance of teaching two teenage Mexican girls English. I've been a R.S. and Sunday School teacher for one year and a R.S. President for a year and a half where you teach lessons often. My teaching style is adaptable to the audience I am teaching. I love children and I am very creative and patient while I teach. If they are willing, and if they are taught correctly, every child can learn. No two children are the same, and should not be taught as such. There are so many different ways to teach and understand a concept, and I try to search out the technique that best fits a child in need. I am a firm believer that there is nothing we “can’t do” if we are taught in such a way that we can truly understand. To turn on the light, you must simply find the right switch. Throughout college I had extensive experience working with classmates while we solved math equations and physics problems together. I did volunteer work teaching English to children in Mexico as well as teaching English to college age students in Mexico.
I like to first get an idea of what the student knows about the problem.. I find that the more time I spend listening to what they know it naturally turns into what pieces I need to add-in. Unless they came to the session to learn new material that would be a different scenario entirely in which it would depend on the student how I taught. I would have to find out what type of a learner they are. Whether it be a visual learner, if they need examples or are an entirely conceptual type of learner.

Graduating from BYU-Idaho, I've learned that a quality education is of the utmost importance, not only for college-age students, but starting from infancy. I've earned my BS in Health Science, enabling me to have a greater knowledge of the health and wellness field in general.
