The greatest reward one can achieve is to see the smile on someones face when they have found success in understanding something they felt impossible. I believe that all students can learn if they are taught in a style that is most conducive to their learning style and motivations. To make that happen for each of my students, I try to assess their specific learning styles early on and get to know what drives them and their goals. By teaching in a method that is more individualized to them I grab their attention, keep it and impart skills and lessons quickly and easily. I have taught chemistry, physics, biology, earth science, environmental science, horticulture, and principles of technology in my twenty-five year career.
