I make it my goal to find out as much as I can about the students, and then put them in those environments in an imaginative way in some sort of math problem. I am extremely patient with my students, and appreciate gaining knowledge from their statements and insights. When appropriate, manipulatives are wonderful tools as well. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, my wife and I moved to South Korea and taught English.
