I am an English major at the University of South Carolina Beaufort in my final semester of study and will be graduating in December with a BA and a concentration in writing. Though I have never formally been a tutor, I have always been the person that my friends have gone to for help with composing papers, interpreting and analyzing passages of literature, and general study skills for how to improve their writing and/or reading abilities. Grammar is one of my top subjects! I have been teaching English grammar since 1992 in both classroom situations as well as in tutoring one-to-one students (French students and native English speakers).
