Since I am an engineer, I teach Math orienting towards its application. In such way, I motivate people by stating application behind any math . I believe examples and theories are necessary for students to understand the material; moreover, challening tests are also necessary for them more exciting about Math and to know the world is not that easy. In short, I will motivate the material by saying the applications, explain the materials, work on the examples, and, then, test the student to know how my teaching is effected to my students

As a graduate from a top-10 university and from graduate school, I know what it takes to get into a top program and succeed at a high level. In the past 5 year, I have been working as a consultant in the environmental industry, but want to take some time off now to explore other interest. I have previously tutored underprivileged teenage girls at the Florence Crittenton Center in Los Angeles for about one-year as a volunteer back in 2001. Over the past decade I have also prepared science curriculum materials (middle and high school) for Glencoe McGraw-Hill, Gale Thomson, Pearson and John Wiley. I am the author of The Globalization of Trade, an introduction to the economics of globalization for young readers (published in 2004). Most of my curriculum writing has been science-related, but I have also prepared articles in other areas for Gale Thomson's reference books. My academic training was in the physical sciences (physics, chemistry). I earned a PhD in materials science from the University of Virginia and subsequently completed a two-year postdoc at Stanford University in theoretical chemistry. My undergraduate training was in physics (UC Berkeley).
