My main teaching strategy is to make students succeed by creating pre-tests and pre-quizzes for them so they can succeed while taking them in class, so if they struggle on these, I can explain and teach them before the actual assessment in class

I love to teach!!!!

I love hands on style of math, making math an approachable concept to many students who have a phobia about math. Students love by doing, using their hands in conjunction with their brains.
