I enjoyed working with young people. I have taught and trained many interns and young engineers and have helped them to pass EIT and P.E. examinations.
My teaching style has been formulated since I was in college as a Teaching Assistant. I have found that although by following some examples to solve one or two problems may be a quick way to achieve a short term success, however, the students would forget them quickly and when the situations have some minor changes, they may not be able to solve the problem by themselves again.
