I began tutoring Math and Spanish when I was sixteen. After seeing how I could help students ccelerate in Mathematics, it was the key to me staying in the teaching field. I began teaching at a Middle School right out of graduation and have loved it ever since. In college, I took a course which studied the programs of Microsoft Office and networking. I incorporate Microsoft Excel and Word programs into my Middle School Math curriculum every year to teach my students appropriate data display and how to write papers about Math. I won Rookie Teacher of the Year from the Lutheran School Association and have continued to challenge my teaching style.
