Developing a good practical understanding of the subject matter has been my main motivation for tutoring students. My approach to curriculum based or assignment based teaching may be slightly different (depending upon the understanding of the subject matter by the student), but I believe it should lead to the same result. It involves the use of a structured approach (develop plan of various sessions), enhance the learning experience through practical methods, accessing the progress and getting feedback. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is: First I give assessment to find out what level of knowlege the student has. According to that I prepare a lesson plan. My first quarter of the session is to go over the homework problems and second quarter I give lecture and 3rd quarter I do practice exercises and the final quarter I take question from student. The student is required to read the material ahead of the class session. And I give home work problems from what was covered in the session.
I have 18 years experience tutoring Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. While I was in College, I was at the top of my class in Math. I would like to tutor in Microsoft Excel and Math level Pre-K to 8 Grade level. I am currently doing 2nd bachelor degree in accounting at Cedar Crest College
