As an instructional assistant for kindergarden I was responsible for assisting the classroom teacher with daily instrucion and activities. I believe ever child has his or her own level of learning. That level can be intrapersonal, interpersonal, visual,etc. Every child must be worked with and not looked over. Not every child learns at the same pace. I am a believer in giving every child a chance.
