I love teaching. I always get well prepared before I sit down with someone. A couple of hours of preparation beforehand can make the difference between a tedious, unproductive experience and one that encourages the student and makes the excited about learning. I try to help with sticking points and not to lecture. But it is a good challenge! I believe in the interactive teaching style which a teacher should adjust his/her teaching techniques according to students’ knowledge and their learning styles in order to enhance their understanding. I make my students feel comfortable so that I could learn who they are and develop my teaching style. Some students could learn a subject by, for example, repeating it while others remember it.
