I am a native Spanish speaker from Oaxaca, Mexico. I have over 10 years of teaching experience. While living in Mexico, I taught at several language institutes. At these schools, I taught small groups of people as well as individuals, and taught people from all over the world! My minor area of study while at River Falls was Psychology, and over the course of my college career, my interest in the topic has developed into a career goal. I enjoy teaching mathematics and biology. If the student is willing to learn in some fashion I can help him or her. I tend to teach by examples for mathematics and for biology I teach in a lecture style, answering questions in-depth when necessary. In both fields I can give in-depth explanations for concepts. Specifically in mathematics, deriving proofs is especially easy for me and could be useful for those students that wish to see the "why" of certain equations.

I will graduate from the College of Saint John’s University this spring with a major in English Education.
