I am a former social worker, "turned teacher".

I have worked as a Special Education Instructional Assistant for the past 8 years. I am currently attending school to become a special education teacher. I have ran several reading and math interventions for my school sites for kindergarten through 8th grade.
Interactive modeling of examples, repetition, and simplifying subject matter are key components of my teaching style.
