I am a leader and believe that I will be a great asset to helping others in their desire to join the military. I have a BS degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and with this degree I have learned about many health problems and what they do to the human body. I also learned about the affects of physical fitness on the human body and I also learned how to develop exercise plan for individuals. While I was in college I mentored with the Starkville, MS Boys and Girls Club and I also was a Asst. Pre School Teacher. When I mentored at the Boys and Girls Club I tutored kids between the ages of 11 and 16. I also teach CPR, AED, and First Health for American Redcross at the correctional facility. I am a certified teacher k-12 in visual arts and have been teaching for the last ten years. I have an AA -Aeronautics, BA-Graphic Design, M.Ed.Art and MDiv degree. I have been tasked with improving the reading and writing skills of my students 9th through 12th grade. The majority of children are left brain thinkers and need to be challenged to utilize the right brain to evaluate, analyze, interpret, and understand the meaning of concepts and ideas.
