Calculus I is one of my top subjects!

I work well with students in a non threatening manner. It is my goal to make students feel at ease and comfortable in asking any questions they may have. I believe in problem-based tutoring for algebra, and construct problems based on the textbook problems whenever possible. I let the student try the problem first, watching closely for any mistakes, and then teach the rules as necessary, and summarize mistakes after each set of problems.
