As a recent graduate, I was driven to achieve a high level of excellence. I worked with ITT as an insurance training manager for 2 years.My sales career has been of a consultive, informational style. I enjoy helping people to achieve their potential and nothing makes me more happy than to see someone learn something and get a good grade or to do the task on their own without any help. My style is that I try to let the student figure out the solutions to whatever problem they are working on on their own but I will be there to help them if they run into to problems. I will show at first what they need to do and know before I leave to solve the problem on their own. If the student really runs into a problem I will go over the subject thoroughly and go through the process with them step-by-step.
