Throughout my student career I have been an excellent test taker, especially on standardized tests. I scored a 1480/1600 on my SAT and a 164 on my LSAT. I have been taught in both group settings and individualized settings. Additionally I have also tutored in both group and individual settings. I would say that my teaching style is very interactive. Anyone can give instructions but I love feedback from a one on one situation as well as a group environment. I base alot of my instruction on analogies; when a person can relate an experience or another word to a term being tought, their understanding is broadened and 99% of the time embedded in the longterm memory. That to me is not only developing the ability to draw on a built up knowledge base, but also broadens ones ability to convey what has been learned.
