My comments on tutoring Elementary Science : I am certified teacher at the Master's level with certifications for early childhood, elementary, special education, ESL and reading specialist.

I use a multi-sensory approach when teaching to meet the student's needs. I also incorporate lots of games and personal experience to make it fun and engaging.
I graduated from Arcadia University with a Bachelor's degree in education from Arcadia University in 2014. I then went on to earn my Master's degree in education a year later from Arcadia University. In teaching childbirth classes as well as CPR and First Aid classes I have utilized lecture, audio-visuals, written materials, and demonstration/return demonstration methods of teaching. I have found that each individual has his or her own learning style and I like to tailor the class to the individual's style as much as possible. I do believe that some type of return demonstration, whether it be verbal, hands-on, or written, is an effective way to assess the student's mastery of the subject.

I am patient but firm. In order to be a success in the business world, one must be able to write and speak the English language correctly. If the student knows English, everything else in general business can be taught. Thus, in a tutoring environment, I try to make learning fun and make a game out of speaking and writing proper English. I believe that every child can learn even those that are handicapped.
