Help With Regents Math/Science

Hello! Is your child struggling with the math and science Regents exams? If so, perhaps I can be of help. During my time at the Rochester Institute of Technology, I was a student grader while working towards my B.S. in Computational Mathematics. I obtained my degree with Highest Honors, and an overall GPA of 3.88. I graded mostly college algebra and early calculus. I was required to do the same homework and quizzes the students did, and create answer keys. Then, I would go through each problem and either give full credit for a correct answer and work, or partial credit if needed. A Little Bit About Me...

While studying at SUNY ESF I held a position as a teaching assistant for Western Civilization. This involved grading exams and papers, preparing and giving lectures, and holding office hours to assist students with any questions or concerns they may have had. I also spent time volunteering to teach and after school science club through ESF Outreach for elementary / middle school aged children.
I feel as though every student will have their own niche. They will have a special subject that they enjoy the most and one that they despise. I think that figuring out how the child studies for the subject they enjoy will lead to an understanding of how to motivate that student to learn the subjects that are more difficult for them. Also, if the student's teacher stays positive and pushes him or her towards success by means of positive reinforcement they will succeed.
