I have earned a bachelor of science degree in General Science, which means I have a very good understanding of many topics including: Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Computers, and Arts. I have experience in being a leader of 10-16 people in the military as an officer. I enjoyed teaching people of their oppurtunities in furthering their education. During late nights I tutored friends in Calculus and Biology.
We all have different views, and I would like to find that gateway into the minds of children so that they can see and understand more. I use different methods for each individual. Since I was in college at Eastern Oregon University I have enjoyed working with children to educate them and foster enthusiasm for the sciences, especially chemistry. As an active member of the chemistry club at EOU I volunteered in dozens of elementary chemistry demonstration in the LaGrande OR area. I also participated in summer chemistry camps during this time. After graduation I have voluteered at area high schools during national chemistry week for the local chapter of the American Chemical Society. I am currently mentoring a PhD student from UCLA for the next two years who is working under my direction to complete an intelligence community post doc assignment.
