Teaching RTI Math, Algebra and Geometry to “At Risk Students” in high school was really a great challenge to me. I used to teach these kids “One –on –One” inside the classroom everyday to cultivate their minds to reach their potentials. I used a positive friendly approach to motivate them to learn. I gave example in a real life situation for them to understand not just the mathematical operation but also the purpose of the lessons for their life today and in the future.
