A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy teaching people of all ages and making the students comfortable helps them remember alot of the material a teacher goes over. So first I like to get my student comfortable and then I start going over the material. I also like to make my class fun and also I like to put the information in terms that the students will understand.
I have a BS degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and with this degree I have learned about many health problems and what they do to the human body. I also learned about the affects of physical fitness on the human body and I also learned how to develop exercise plan for individuals. I believe in getting a good education. I was in the Unites States Navy for 16 years. I joined the military right out of high school. I received my Certificate in Management, Associate of Arts degree, and Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland College Park, Maryland while traveling and serving on active duty for my country. I have mentored and worked with many after school programs.
I am great at teaching youth and adults alike in getting the best education and setting goals.
