My comments on tutoring Drama : Elementary and Secondary

My bachelor degree is in Interdisciplinary Studies with English and theatre as my teaching fields. I have been in education for over 20 year in both elementary and middle school. In elementary school, I taught all the subjects in both 2nd and 4th grade. In middle school, I taught English Language Arts, Theatre and speech. Everyone can learn - it just takes the right presentation!

I am a behavioral specialist with 12 years of experience working with individuals between the ages of 2 and 19 who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, Traumatic Brain Injury, emotional disturbance, Autism, Downs Syndrome, and other developmental disorders. This is what I love doing, and I have the patience to reteach in multiple ways over multiple days. Over the past 5 years I have taught English Language Arts to sixth graders, and tutored in all 6th grade subject areas while using positive reinforcement to enhance productivity. In September, I will be sitting for the certification exam to become a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA). I believe that everyone can learn and everyone has their strengths.
