I've had previous experience tutoring, mainly working with kids aged from 7 to 15. I used to be a part-time teacher in an English as a second language institute for a year. Cumulatively, including extended substitute teaching situations, I have taught all grade levels 1-12 in various subjects. I would describe my teaching style as ecclectic. By this I mean that I discern which style or strategy would best accomdodate the needs of the particular child, based on their learning style.
