I am a lover of English - good writing and good grammar never go "out of style." As such, I love to instill a love of reading in those whom I teach. I am a visual learner, but this does not preclude my keen awareness and full acceptance of other modes of learning. After graduation, I taught on a transitional teaching license. I taught in the Woodburn School District. I then went to Japan and taught English as a second language. I grew up between Bolivia and the United States and speak Spanish and English fluently. I took statistics in university and taught math in Spanish from time to time as a substitute for the Woodburn School District. In Woodburn I taught a self contained classroom for a while.
