I have 18 years of professional experience of which 16 in Autocad. I also have worked as an Autodesk instructor in a certified training center in New Jersey for 5 years. As an instructor I taught a variety of disciplines and software such as : 3D max, Autodesk Viz, Autodesk Inventor, principals of architectural drafting, residential construction systems and, of course, Autocad. Aside from those software I am also proficient in the following software : Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Revit Architectural and Microsoft Office.

My teaching style is a combination of serious, in-depth theory and practical examples to demonstrate such theories, all with a hint of humor, followed by significant practice of the newly learned skills. I've been "teaching" people all of my business career. I always start with the underlying theory and immediately segue into a practical example of how the principles work. After finishing my masters degree at Sacred Heart in Elementary Education, I accepted a position as a special ed aide for a boy in the third grade with severe learning disabilities. The following school year I was teaching second grade in the Bridgeport Public Schools. I then spent three years teaching sixth, seventh, and eighth grade at an interdistrict magnet school in Bridgeport. At the middle school level, I taught primarily Language Arts and Math. However, I was also responsible for teaching some science and social studies. A Little Bit About Me...

After having volunteered for several years at different schools in town, I am extremely interested in getting back into the education field. Prior to raising a family I worked in the Norwalk Public School System as an instructional aide.
