I like one-on-one teaching, it's easier to evaluate what you need most. At first we just go over the basics and that includes the software features, then I like to give you a series of 5 new tips each class to practice and then integrate assignments as well, as I see how well you are progressing.

All students have a variance in their learning style but I have found a cognitive apprenticeship/constructivist approach is a good style to start with. I show the student how to accomplish a task, then we accomplish a similar task together, and finally, the student shows me how to accomplish the task, with my guidance if necessary. With 2 Masters Degrees in both business and education, and having taught different levels of mathematics for University of Phoenix Online for the past 3 years, I offer strong training background.
