World History is one of my top subjects! I love to teach about WWII and the Civil War and I like world history as a whole. I also have a love for African-American History as well.

I learn visually and by reading the subject materials. I teach by showing students what they need to know by reading and using visual aids in my teaching style. I incorporate technology in my teaching because some students are hands on. I teach students in groups and individually.
I will be graduating from the University of Dayton with a Master's of Education degreee and I have a Bachelor’s degree in History. I love History and want to teach Social Studies in grades 4th-9th. I have had a lot of past experience when it comes to tutoring. I have tutored many people of various ages from children all the way to college students, relatively. Depending on an individual's learning style I can adjust accordingly. I have experience in all the fields I have mentioned, and I also have experience in lesson-planning the aforementioned subjects.

I often use word games or riddles as rewards for good work. It motivates effort from my students and makes them listen more closely. With my esl students, I made sure to apply new words to their life in order to gain the most retention of the new vocabulary words.
